Historic Brooklyn charm on a quiet, tree-lined block.

Historic Brooklyn guesthouses for travelers who want to feel part of New York.
We believe the places we stay should make us feel something.
Our guesthouses are historic New York buildings that have welcomed people for generations. We restore them with care, preserving the details and stories that make each one unlike anywhere else.
And then we open the doors again — so their stories can continue, with you as part of them.

Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn
Historic Brooklyn charm on a quiet, tree-lined block.

What began inside a small studio apartment at our first guesthouse slowly became a larger vision: bringing historic Brooklyn homes back to life so travelers could experience New York not just as visitors — but as part of the story itself.

Read our storyWe don't restore historic buildings to make them look new. We bring back what was already beautiful

One of the details that made us fall in love with Halsey. All the original woodwork from the carved staircase to the intricate window surrounds and shutters. We carefully restored and preserved it throughout the house.

Original stained glass survived throughout Halsey, including one panel we discovered hidden behind a wall for decades. Each piece was carefully restored and preserved.

We filmed it all.
The discoveries, the mistakes, the things we saved, and everything it took to bring these guesthouses back to life.

Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn
A classic Brooklyn brownstone designed to feel personal, warm and deeply New York.

The original fireplaces are still part of Halsey today, including beautiful historic tile we uncovered and preserved during the restoration.
